Vegan Carrot Cake

- Vanilla Bake Everything Mix - 16oz (one entire package)
- Hot Water - 3/4 Cup
- Oil - 1/4 Cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
- Shredded Carrots - 1/2 Cup
- Chopped Walnuts - 1/2 Cup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x9 square pan and set aside. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes. A toothpick or knife inserted in the center should come out clean when cooked completely.
