Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream
Strawberry ice cream is one of our personal favorites and thanks to our strawberry milk mix, it's easy to make your own homemade plant-based version. Delicious and wholesome, it comes together in a snap and requires no special equipment or skills!
- Strawberry Milk Mix - 1/2 cup
- Coconut Milk - 1 can (13.5 oz)
- Refined Coconut Oil - 1/2 cup Optional but will be creamier
- Chopped Strawberries - 1/2 cup Optional
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth. Chill for at least 8 hours if using an ice cream maker and then churn following manufacturer instructions. If not using a machine, pour into a pan and freeze for at least 8 hours before serving. As with many non-dairy ice creams, you may want to let it sit out for 5-10 minutes before trying to scoop.
