Vegan Chai Spice Ice Cream
The only thing better than chai tea is chai tea ICE CREAM! Our plant-based chai tea mix makes a delicious and easy version of this delicious dessert. Perfect for cooling down after a hot day and super easy, it's one of our favorite recipes. One bite and we're sure it'll be one of yours too!
- Mundus Chai Tea Mix - 1/2 cup
- Coconut Milk - 1 can (13.5 oz)
- Refined coconut oil - 1/2 cup *optional but will be creamier
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth. Chill for at least 8 hours if using an ice cream maker and then churn following manufacturer instructions. If not using a machine, pour into a pan and freeze for at least 8 hours before serving. As with many non-dairy ice creams, you may want to let it sit out for 5-10 minutes before trying to scoop.
