Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting
Sometimes you just need a rich and decadent topping. Our Cultured Cream Cheese makes an unbelievably creamy and rich cream cheese frosting. Use it on carrot cake, pumpkin bread, or whatever other deliciousness you've cooked up!
- Mundus Cultured Cream Cheese - 8oz (entire container)
- Powdered Sugar - up to 2 Cups
- Non-Dairy Milk - 2 TBS
- Vanilla Extract - 1 Teaspoon
For the smoothest texture, allow the cream cheese to sit on the counter until slightly softened (about thirty mins.) Add cream cheese to a bowl and measure remaining ingredients. Using a hand mixer, whisk on low until sugar is incorporated. Turn up to high and mix until smooth and completely combined. If you don't have a hand mixer, you can use a fork to incorporate and then use a whisk to smooth it out. Allow to chill in the fridge until ready to use. Can be piped or spread. Enjoy!
